Joe is in charge of keeping us on budget and on schedule. He has an extensive portfolio of completed projects and brings substantial practical experience to each development. Joe is a licensed real estate agent and is listing all of our projects.

Machelle Payne, Principal

Machelle leads all of our interior design initiatives. She has a sharp eye for putting together selections that won't go out of style and ultimately date a project. From a faucet in a half bath; a statement piece of art in the living room; or, the perfect cabinet pull, no detail goes unnoticed.

Lee Chawla, Principal

Lee runs our marketing campaigns and monitors and documents all of the stages of renovation and construction. He provides support to the established vision of each project. He has prior new build and renovation experience.
